Comments:
To start off this week for my first blog, I decided to go with an easy recipe! I have been making this sourdough sandwich bread for the last few months and it is a hit every time. It is soft and fluffy, with the perfect amount of sour flavor. The original recipe is from my sister-in-law, and I make it once a week for my family. I usually store the bread in a bread bag or a Ziplock, depending on what I have on deck. I would say the bread stay fresh for anywhere from 8-10 days and is delicious, no matter how it's served! Also, as far as sourdough bread goes, this recipe is very low maintenance and only requires some patience to let rise. Tate is my Fiancé and Haysten is my one-year-old son, and they will be reviewing the recipes I make, and rating them out of 5 stars! (I will be helping Haysten put his review into words.)

Reviews:
Tate: "favorite sourdough bread I have had. perfect for my lunches for work and to make French toast and bread pudding, always soft and yummy."  5/5 ★
Haysten: loves this bread! he eats some most every day either for breakfast topped with some peanut butter and fruits, like banana or berries, or for lunch as a sandwich. easy for him to chew even as a one-year-old and has all safe ingredients! 5/5 ★
