I will be honest, I have not been feeling great this week, so I decided to go with a super easy recipe that allows for some leftovers that I can heat up for my son in the mornings. These pancakes are so yummy, soft and have the perfect level of sweetness. I usually make a batch multiplying the recipe by 2 and freezing the extras, and I also like to usually add some sort of inclusions such as blueberries or chocolate chips.
I can put them in the toaster in the morning for Haysten and they are still just as good! Definitely a simple yet yummy homemade pancake recipe.

Reviews:
Tate: "These are of course delicious, and I could eat 12. And I like that the recipe is easy enough that I can make them too. Definitely my favorite pancakes to eat, they are simple yet scrumptious. 4/5 ★"
Haysten: He is a pancake fanatic. He loves these with some peanut butter in the mornings and can usually eat about two by himself! They are easy to grasp and eat by himself and make for a perfect breakfast. 5/5 ★"
