  Sourdough Pancake Recipe: 100 grams sourdough discard 200 grams all-purpose flour 200 grams milk 50 grams melted butter 40 grams sugar 1 egg 8 grams baking powder 3 grams salt 8 grams vanilla extract Instructions: add the sourdough discard, milk, egg, butter, vanilla and sugar to a bowl. whisk until combined add flour, salt and baking soda to liquid mixture and whisk well until a batter forms (this batter is ready to use straight away) heat a large frying pan and add a little bit of oil or butter to grease it cook pancakes to your desired size letting all the bubbles fully form before flipping (cooking on a lower heat works best) enjoy! Comments: I will be honest, I have not been feeling great this week, so I decided to go with a super easy recipe that allows for some leftovers that I can heat up for my son in the mornings.
